/KASE, August 28, 2023/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (Almaty region), whose shares are listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 28, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company’s Management Board:

• excluded: B. Kaliev;
• elected: D. Alimbekov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of AsiaAgroFood JSC consists of five people: S. Ashenov, D. Alimbekov, K. Nusipaliyev, A. Dyusekeshova, Y. Khalikova.
