/KASE, August 24, 2023/ – Fincraft Resources JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on
August 21, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- to approve the total loss of the company according to the unconsolidated
financial statements for 2022 in the amount of 443,640 thousand tenge;
- neither to accrue nor pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for
2022.
Decisions on a total of eight items on the agenda were made at the annual
general meeting of shareholders.
