/KASE, August 23, 2023/ – Fincraft Resources JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated August 21, 2023, the following changes were made to composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Ivanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director, Y. Kospanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• elected: Y. Tastanov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director, A. Morozov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Fincraft Resources JSC consists of five people: K. Rakishev, B. Mukazhanov, P. Mynzhanov, A. Morozov, Y. Tastanov.
