/KASE, August 15, 2023/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated August 14, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Agostini Vinicius Alves– member of the Board of Directors, Martinez Lopez Alberto – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: B. Zakirov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Kassymbek – member of the Board of Directors, K. Kussainov – member of the Board of Directors, Miller Timothy Glen – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC consists of six people: B. Zakirov, A. Kassymbek, T. Kurmanbayev, K. Kussainov, Hadrien Freissinet, Miller Timothy Glen.
