Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance decides to issue 20.0 mln common shares with sole shareholder exercising right of preemptive purchase of shares
/KASE, August 7, 2023/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about issuing 20,000,000 common shares of the company with the sole shareholder exercising the right of preemptive purchase of shares.
