/KASE, July 20, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on July 18, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00009699 (MFTFb2; KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 1 year; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on bonds placement; 30/360) of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan MFO, LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is July 20, 2023.

The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
