/KASE, July 19, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from July 20, 2023, trading in preferred shares KZ1P00014559 (KASE main market, "standard" category, SABRp) of Sinoasia B&R Insurance JSC (Almaty) will be suspended on KASE.

Trades were suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchanging activities" on the basis of the company's notice of the planned swap of the company's preferred shares for its common shares.
