/KASE, July 11, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on July 11, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2C00009843 (KAFIb13, KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for bonds placement; 30/360);
• KZ2C00009850 (KAFIb14, KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 7 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for bonds placement; 30/360).

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is July 11, 2023.

The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
