Audit of the 2022 financial statements of the company was carried out by BDO Kazakhstan LLP. According to the auditor's report, which contains a qualified opinion, the consolidated financial statements, in all material respects, fairly represent the consolidated financial position of Akzhal Gold Resources JSC and its subsidiaries as of 31 December 2022, as well as their consolidated financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in compliance with the IFRS.
