/KASE, June 30, 2023/ – By decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 27, 2023, amendments No. 3 (amendments)
to the KASE’s internal document "Procedure for implementation of listing
procedures" (Procedure) were approved, which are effective from June 27,
2023.
The amendments have extended the period of check for compliance with the
listing requirements when securities are included in the "KASE Global" sector
from five to 10 business days.
