/KASE, June 29, 2023/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), with its bonds officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on June 21, 2023.

The shareholders, among other things, decided to pay 2022 dividends on ordinary and preferred shares of the bank in the amount of 5,100 tenge per share from June 23, 2023.
