On June 14, 2023, the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service upgraded the following ratings of the Bank:

• Long-term rating on deposits in national and foreign currencies to B1 from B2;
• The Bank's short-term deposit rating affirmed at NP ;
• Adjusted basic creditworthiness rating to b2 from b3;
• Basic creditworthiness rating to b2 from b3;
• Long-term counterparty risk rating to Ba3 from B1;
• Short-term counterparty risk rating affirmed at NP;
• Long-term counterparty risk assessment to Ва3(cr) from B1(cr);
• Short-term counterparty risk assessment affirmed at NP (cr)
