/KASE, May 4, 2023/ – LOTTE Rakhat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on April 28, 2023.

Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for 2022;
• to distribute the company's net income for 2022 in the following order:
• to spend 2,509,200,000.00 tenge on payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company;
• not to distribute the rest of the net income and leave it in the company's retained earnings account.
