/KASE, April 20, 2023/ – PAVLODARENERGO JSC (Pavlodar), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 17, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Akhmetova;
• elected: O. Shemel, Lim Lei Ling

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of PAVLODARENERGO JSC consists of six persons: L. Yanushko, S. Li, A. Nigay, O. Shemel, Tan Levin, Lim Lei Ling.
