Listing commission of KASE decided to include bonds KZ2P00009525 (MFEFpp1) of Microfinance organization "Express Finance Group" in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, April 10, 2023/ – On April 10, 2023, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00009525 (KZT1,000; KZT1,000,000,000.00; 7 years; semi-annual coupon, 25.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "Express Finance Group" LLP (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) MFEFpp1. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2023-04-10]
