"Swiss Capital" MFO raised KZT1.0 bn on KASE through subscription by placing bonds KZ2P00007818 (MFSCb1) with yield to maturity of 22.50 % APR

/KASE, March 16, 2023/ – An initial offering of bonds KZ2P00007818 (KASE
alternative market, category "bonds", MFSCb1; 1,000 tenge, 4.0 billion tenge;
05.11.21 – 05.11.24; quarterly coupon, 20.00% per annum; 30/360) of "Swiss
Capital" MFO LLP (Almaty) was conducted in KASE's trading system today by
means of a subscription to them.
Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller when subscribing to the said
bonds.
Bonds with a nominal volume of 1,000,000,000 tenge were offered for placement.
During the subscription, only limit orders were accepted.
Orders for the subscription were collected on March 16, 2023 from 10:30 to
12:30, Astana time.
One member of KASE took part in the trades. A total of four limit orders, which
were recognized as active at the end of the order collection, were submitted to
the trading system in the amount of KZT1,029.7 mln (with a nominal volume of
KZT1,041.2 mln). The clean price in the submitted active orders amounted to
96.6213 % of the nominal value (22.50 % per annum). The demand made up
104.1 % of the supply.
In the total volume of active orders, institutional investors accounted for
97.1%, individuals – for 2.9 %.
As a result of the offering, all active orders were executed (one was executed
partially). A total of 1,000,000 bonds were placed for a total of KZT988,990,777.8.
According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals on the
results of the subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication
of this information are settled, the subscription is completed. At the same
time, 97.0 % in terms of the volume raised was purchased by institutional
investors, 3.0 % - by individuals.
