/KASE, March 10, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

... the rating agency Standard & Poor's (hereinafter – the Agency) revised the outlook on the Bank's credit ratings from "Negative" to "Stable" after a similar action on the sovereign ratings of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the same time, the Bank's ratings have been affirmed at "ВВВ-/А-3".
