/KASE, March 2, 2023/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aktau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 15, 2023, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- K. Isskaziev, removed;
- D. Khassanov, elected.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigaz
consist of six persons: Fan Xyazhun, D. Khassanov, A. Duissaliev, Fang
Xinchun, Dun Syuchan, B. Yelamanov.
