As of March 15, common shares NL0009805522 (NL_YNDX) of Yandex N.V. will be excluded from KASE official list

/KASE, February 21, 2023/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), common shares NL0009805522 (KASE main market, "standard" category, NL_YNDX) of Yandex N.V. (Kingdom of the Netherlands) will be excluded from KASE official list from March 15, 2023. This decision was made in accordance with sub-item 7-1) of item 3 of Article 19 of the Listing Rules. These shares have been in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market since March 26, 2019. Trading in them opened on August 5, 2019. [2023-02-21]
