/KASE, February 14, 2023/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 6, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the executive body:

• excluded: D. Khassanov – CEO;
• appointed: M. Mustafaev – CEO,

Taking into account the changes made, the executive body of Mangistaumunaigaz JSC consists of two persons: M. Mustafaev, Xui Shiguo.
