/KASE, February 10, 2023/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 31, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Murzagaliyeva – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: K. Sapulatov – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of six persons: N. Aidapkelov, K. Sapulatov, A. Prashev, R. Orazbayev, S. Madiyev, N. Koshkimbayev.
