/KASE, January 10, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in common shares US1491231015 (KASE Global sector, CAT_KZ) of Caterpillar (USA) has been suspended on KASE since January 10, 2023, in trading modes whose settlement date falls on January 20, 2023 and subsequent dates.

Trades were suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to KASE receiving information that the record date for said shares will be January 20, 2023.
