/KASE, January 6, 2023/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on January 31,
2023 at 10:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on early termination of powers of a member of the Board of Directors
(independent director) N. Akhanzaripov;
- on the election of Zh. Babash a member of the Board of Directors –
independent director.
