/KASE, December 27, 2022/ – ForteBank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 22, 2022, A. Chikanaev was elected a member of the Management Board – Deputy Chairman of the bank's Management Board (effective January 4, 2023).

Taking into account the said change, the Management Board of ForteBank JSC consists of five persons: B. Pirmatov, A. Auezkanov, G. Bissembiyeva, A. Dykanbayeva, A. Chikanaev.
