Volume of trades in shares in "KASE Global" sector in November amounted to KZT1,170.8 mln ($2,531.9 th.)
/KASE, December 1, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) presents the results of share trading in the "KASE Global" sector in November 2022.
During the indicated period 2,974 deals with 46,220 shares of foreign companies were made in the "KASE Global" sector for a total amount of KZT1,170.8 mln.

The following securities accounted for the largest trading volume during the said period:
- US0079031078 (AMD_KZ) of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. – 245 deals for a total amount of KZT150.2 mln;
- US4581401001 (INTC_KZ) of Intel Corporation – 336 deals for a total amount of KZT133.5 mln;
- US30303M1027 (META_KZ) of Meta Platforms, Inc. – 220 deals for a total amount of KZT122.3 mln.
Among the main categories of investors, the portion of broker-dealer organizations accounted for 13.5 %, the portion of other legal entities – for 34.1 % of the total volume of transactions with shares, the largest portion fell on individuals – 52.4 %.
At present, trades in 46 shares of foreign issuers are open in the KASE Global sector, also six ETF securities of foreign issuers are included in the sector: Van Eck Associates Corporation, BlackRock Fund Advisors, Global X Management Company LLC and State Street Global Advisors. Since November 18, the common shares of Twitter Inc. were excluded from the official list of KASE due to the delisting on November 8, 2022 of these shares from the official list of the New York Stock Exchange, as well as their exclusion from the S&P 500 index.
