/KASE, November 30, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from December 1, 2022, trading in common shares US6516391066 ("KASE Global" sector, NEM_KZ) of Newmont Corp. (USA) will be suspended on KASE in trading modes, the settlement date of which falls on December 8, 2022 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be December 8, 2022.
