/KASE, November 29, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from November 29, 2022, trading in common shares US6541061031 ("KASE Global" sector, NKE_KZ) of NIKE, Inc. (USA) is suspended on KASE in trading modes, the settlement date of which falls on December 5, 2022 and subsequent dates.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be December 5, 2022.
