/KASE, November 15, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from November 15, 2022, trading in common shares US4781601046 (sector "KASE Global", JNJ_KZ) of Johnson & Johnson (US) is suspended on KASE in trading modes, the settlement date of which falls on November 22, 2022 and subsequent dates.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Regulations on carrying out of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be November 22, 2022.
