/KASE, October 20, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from October 21, 2022, trading in common shares US1491231015 (sector "KASE Global", CAT_KZ) of Caterpillar (USA) will be suspended on KASE, in trading modes whose settlement date falls on October 24, 2022 or subsequent dates.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be October 24, 2022.
