/KASE, October 19, 2022/ – Freedom Holding Corp. (USA), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

Board of Directors of Freedom Holding Corp. decided to approve the
independent auditing company Deloitte as the Group's auditor to conduct an
annual audit of the holding's financial statements in accordance with US
generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP).
Previously, Deloitte audited only the holding's subsidiaries in Kazakhstan,
guided by International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International
Auditing Standards (IAS).
Since the inception of Freedom Holding Corp. the independent auditor for it was
the American company WSRP, LLC, which carried out the audit in accordance
with the standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)
and the requirements of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The transition to cooperation with the international audit company Deloitte was
caused by the requirements of the global market and the expansion of the
holding's activities.
