/KASE, October 17, 2022/ – As announced earlier, by a decision of the Management
Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 7, 2022, consent was
granted for the inclusion of Asian Development Bank's proposed "green"
international bonds XS2541297557 (KZT3,411,252,000; 20.10.22 – 22.10.24;
quarterly coupon; actual/360) in the "Securities of international financial
organizations" sector of KASE official list.
The admittance initiator of the said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment
Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is October 17, 2022.
The said bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) ASDBe12.
