/KASE, October 3, 2022/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on September 30, 2022.

The shareholders, among other things, decided to pay starting from September 30, 2022 dividends on common and preferred shares of the bank for 2021 at KZT3,100 per share.
