/KASE, September 23, 22/ – As announced earlier, on September 22, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Bank Bank RBK JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2C00008845 (INBNb11; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on offering of bonds; 30/360);
• KZ2C00008852 (INBNb12; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on offering of bonds; 30/360).

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is September 23, 2022.

The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
