Bonds KZ2C00008878 (LOGCb3) and KZ2C00008886 (LOGCb4) of Logycom pass listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, September 22, 2022/ – On September 22, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Logycom JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00008878 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 3 years, semi-annual coupon, to be determined based on results of the first successful trades on bond offering; 30/360); - KZ2C00008886 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; 5 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on results of the first successful trades on bond offering; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issues of these bonds are the first and second one under the first bond program of Logycom JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on September 2, 2022 for a total of 50.0 billion tenge. Financial advisor and underwriter of Logycom JSC is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty). These bonds have been assigned abbreviations (trade codes) LOGCb3 and LOGCb4, respectively.
