On September 14, 2022, the international rating agency S&P Global Ratings upgraded the ratings of Kaspi Bank JSC to "BB" from "BB-" and to "kzA+" from "kzA". The rating outlook is "Stable".

The agency noted that Kaspi Bank's rating reflects a proven strategy and strong market position in the segment of business lending, consumer loans and payments.
