/KASE, September 12, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 6, 2022 took a decision on inclusion of bonds KZ2P00008865 (MFSLb2; KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 18.00 % APR; 30/360) of Safe-Lombard LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The Management Board decision's effective date is September 13, 2022.

Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
