/KASE, August 27, 2022/ – According to KASE's internal document "Methodology
for Determining Liquidity Indicators of Securities", Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) approved September 2022 lists of first, second and third liquidity
class shares, depositary receipts and securities of investment funds selected
from those listed on KASE (hereinafter – Securities lists).
The lists of securities were approved by a decision of the Committee for Indices
and Indicators (the Committee) dated August 23, 2022 and generated in order to
apply the norms of KASE's internal documents to the securities contained in
them.
The first liquidity class securities list valid from September 1 to September
30, 2022 consists of 26 securities. Compared with the current list of
securities of the first liquidity class, which was formed for August 2022, the
list includes:
1) common shares US0378331005 ("KASE Global" sector, AAPL_KZ) of Apple Inc.;
2) common shares US1912161007 ("KASE Global" sector, KO_KZ) of The Coca-Cola Company;
3) common shares US30303M1027 ("KASE Global" sector, META_KZ) of Meta Platforms, Inc.;
4) common shares US00206R1023 ("KASE Global" sector, T_KZ) of AT&T Inc.;
5) global depositary receipts US63253R2013 (sector "derivative securities",
KZAPd), the underlying asset of which are common shares KZ1C00001619
(KZAP) of National Atomic Company "Kazatomprom" JSC.
The following securities were removed from the list of the first class of
liquidity, which was formed for August 2022:
1) common shares US67066G1040 ("KASE Global" sector, NVDA_KZ) of NVIDIA Corp.;
2) common shares US3453708600 ("KASE Global" sector, F_KZ) of Ford Motor Company.
September 2022 lists of first, second and third liquidity class securities are
