/KASE, August 1, 2022/ – As announced earlier, on July 28, 2022, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Leasing Group JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

• KZ2C00008639 (LZGRb3; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 3 months; coupon paid once at the end of the circulation period, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on offering of bonds; 30/360);
• KZ2C00008647 (LZGRb4; $1,000, $2.4 mln; 3 months; coupon paid once at the end of the circulation period, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on offering of bonds; 30/360).

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is August 2, 2022.

The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
