/KASE, July 29, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on July 28, 2022 made a decision to include
bonds KZ2P00008766 (MFRFb4; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, will
be determined based on the results of the first successful trading on the
offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Nur-Sultan)
in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is August 1, 2022.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
