/KASE, July 13, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 11, 2022
G. Arakelyan was appointed as a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board –
(the decision of the Board of Directors dated April 27, 2022 on the early
termination of his powers was canceled).
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Subsidiary
Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of six people: N. Taskaranov, G.
Arakelyan, M. Gulaev, A. Ovsyannikova, V. Savchenko, A. Titov.
