/KASE, July 12, 2022/ – Akzhal Gold Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 1, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: T. Salamat – general director;
• elected: V. Ogai – Chairman of the Management Board, Sh. Medelbekova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, T. Salamat – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Akzhal Gold Resources JSC consists of three people.
