/KASE, June 23, 2022/ – SevKazEnergo JSC (Petropavlovsk), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 17, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: E. Tabanov;
• elected: Tan Levin.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of SevKazEnergo JSC consists of five persons: L. Yanushko, A. Nigay, G. Andreev, S. Li, Tan Levin.
