/KASE, June 23, 2022/ – PAVLODARENERGO JSC (Pavlodar), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 17, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: E. Tabanov – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: Tan Levin – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of PAVLODARENERGO JSC consists of six persons: L. Yanushko, O. Perfilov, S. Li, G. Andreev, A. Nigay, Tan Levin.
