/KASE, June 17, 2022/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 15, 2022, A. Dmitriev was elected as a member of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Subsidiary VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of four people: D. Zabello, A. Nelina, D. Tsykunov, A. Dmitriev.
