/KASE, June 9, 2022/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 31, 2022, Archil Usanetashvili, a member of the Management Board, was excluded from the composition of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Subsidiary VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of three people: D. Zabello, A. Nelina, D. Tsykunov.
