/KASE, June 3, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 30, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Andreev – member of the Board of Directors, S. Akhanov – independent director, P. Barchugov – member of the Board of Directors, S. Zherder – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: N. Avdeenko – member of the Board of Directors, A. Yelemessov – independent director, T. Kozintsev – member of the Board of Directors, M. Madiyev – independent director, M. Moshiashvili – member of the Board of Directors, Y. Tenizbayev – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of six persons: N. Avdeenko, A. Yelemessov, T. Kozintsev, M. Madiyev, M. Moshiashvili, Y. Tenizbayev.
