/KASE, May 30, 2022/ – SevKazEnergo JSC (Petropavlovsk), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 23, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's executive body:

• excluded: M. Kosachev – general director;
• appointed: A. Kalinichev – acting general director.
