/KASE, May 13, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 5, 2022 the following changes were made to the bank's Board of Directors:

• excluded: N. Kussainov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, independent director, I. Poz – member of the Board of Directors, O. Sysuev – member of the Board of Directors, D. Ossin – member of the Board of Directors, S. Ayupova – member of the Board of Directors, independent director, I. Pyatkov – member of the Board of Directors, E. Duisemalieva – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• elected: A. Saidenov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, independent director, D. Amankulov – member of the Board of Directors, M. Kenzhekhanov – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank JSC consists of three people: A. Saidenov, D. Amankulov, M. Kenzhekhanov.
