/KASE, May 3, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 27, 2022
G. Arakelyan – Deputy Chairman of the bank's Management Board – was excluded
from the bank's Management Board (termination of powers as of July 12, 2022).
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Subsidiary
Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of four people: Y. Tenizbayev,
N. Taskaranov, A. Titov, D. Yamanov.
