/KASE, April 27, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 30,
2022 at 10:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the bank's annual financial statements for 2021;
- on approval of the procedure for the distribution of net income for 2021 and
the amount of dividend per common share of the bank;
- on shareholders' appeals against actions of the bank and its executives and
the results of their consideration;
- on determining the term of office of the Board of Directors of the bank;
- on the election of members of the Board of Directors of the bank;
- on approval of changes of the bank's charter;
- on approval of the revised corporate governance code.
